About Dr. T. Dr. Lorden Tingling

Dr. Lorden Tingling (Dr. T) is a duly registered and licensed psychologist practicing in the province of Ontario with a background as a clinical psychologist. Since 2007, Dr. Tingling has been using his expertise to improve his clients well being by addressing their thoughts, feelings, behaviour, attitudes, and relationships for better management of the challenges of daily life. He has the highest level of training in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health problems and cognitive disorders. He is trained in clinical and organizational psychology to help clients maximize both job satisfaction and employee productivity in the workplace. His training and experience as a performance counsellor/consultant in sports, business, and vocation have equipped him with the expertise to help individuals achieve optimal psychological, and personal functioning by addressing the obstacles they need to overcome. He has vast experience conducting counselling sessions with athletes, families, workers, first responders, employers, students, youth, persons involved in post-trauma stress, depression, anxiety, and injury.

He is a member of the Association for Applied Sport Psychology and the Canadian Psychological Association. He is registered as a clinical psychologist in Ontario, Canada, and Jamaica. Dr. Tingling is an avid sports, and games enthusiast. He holds a black belt in taekwondo and has studied other forms of martial arts including Karate, Aikido, Jiu-Jitsu, and MMA .​ He enjoys playing lawn tennis, soccer, table tennis, swimming, draughts, scrabble, and dominoes.
